Where rustic meets relaxed.
A hand-restored 1968 grape-drying shed turned event venue, set on a genuine working vineyard in Henley Brook. Weddings, long lunches, parties and private functions for up to 100 guests — with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon vines you can wander and pick from yourself.

A working vineyard with a genuinely unique venue at its heart
Swan Street Vineyard is a family-run property in the heart of the Swan Valley, built around two things: a real, producing vineyard of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, and "The Old Shed" — a 1968 grape-drying shed we've spent years restoring by hand, without sanding off its history.
Come for a long lunch, a wedding, a wander through the vines with a basket and a pair of clippers, or just to see what a fifty-year-old shed looks like when it's loved rather than knocked down. Either way, expect exposed timber, a very long table, and a welcome that isn't trying too hard.
